Transitioning
September…the transition between summer and fall; a time to reflect on the past and look forward to new beginnings.
It’s the in between worlds as we observe the change in the air, the weather, and nature’s landscape becomes a vibrant, colorful portrait. Season changes are proof that change can be beautiful!
To transition means to change from one state to another. To alchemize trauma into healing, pain into purpose.
Healing is uncomfortable and we aren’t always ready to move out of our comfort zone. It takes courage to admit that we’re often the cause of repeated cycles. However healing doesn’t have to be harsh. It can be gentle, but that takes a level of surrendering.
Sometimes surrendering can look like removing yourself from environments you’re no longer aligned. That can be scary. Don’t let the loss of people you knew and places you once frequented keep you stuck. Letting go invites new experiences and finding our community. When you make the transition, the shift in mindset you’re signaling the universe to bring you more of the people, places, things, that are on that frequency.
Since I’ve been on my spiritual journey, I’m realizing I can no longer dip back into the old version of myself. Every time I do, the universe, ancestors, spirit guides et al., show me why they removed me from those people and environments. It becomes even more evident when I’m around environments and people who truly see me.
I am no where near where I was at the top of 2024 to where I am now. I couldn’t have imagined the healing work I’ve done on myself would lead me to sound healing and reiki opportunities, working with seniors, educators, and in collaboration with wellness events!
When we take one step forward toward our healing, we create a shift, that may start out uncomfortable at first, even frustrating, it may be isolating at times, however; it takes courage and strength to take that one small step and change the trajectory. You got this!
